By accessing or using WildConfession.com (the "Platform"), you agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, leave immediately and do not use the site.

1. Eligibility & Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years old (or 21 where required by law) to use this Platform. By continuing, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that viewing adult sexual content is legal in your jurisdiction. We do not target or permit minors. Any violation will result in immediate termination of access.

2. Nature of Content

WildConfession.com is an anonymous submission platform for adult confessions, erotic stories, fantasies, roleplay scenarios, and personal experiences. All content is user-submitted and posted verbatim without editing, curation, or pre-moderation.
Content may include extreme themes such as BDSM, dominance/submission, humiliation, incest roleplay, religious/caste/taboo fantasies, and other intense kinks.
All content must be treated as fiction, fantasy, or entertainment. Many posts are purely fictional erotic writing. Even posts claiming to be "real" may be complete fantasy. The Platform makes no representation about truthfulness or accuracy.

3. User Responsibilities & Warranties

When submitting content, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are the sole author and owner of the content or have all necessary rights.
  • The content is either entirely fictional or involves only consenting adults with their full knowledge and permission.
  • It does not depict or promote non-consensual acts, minors, real identifiable persons without consent, real doxxing, revenge porn, or any illegal activity under Indian law.
  • It does not infringe copyright, privacy, or defamation laws.

You alone are legally responsible for your submissions. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Platform, its owners, operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or legal action arising from your content.

4. Prohibited Content & Conduct

We prohibit and will immediately remove:

  • Content involving minors or appearing to involve minors
  • Non-consensual acts (even in fantasy description if it crosses into promotion of real harm)
  • Real identifiable information about non-consenting persons
  • Real revenge porn or non-consensual intimate images
  • Direct threats, hate speech, or content violating IPC Sections 153A, 295A, 505, etc.
  • Copyright infringement or trademark violation

Repeated violations will result in permanent IP ban.

5. Platform as Intermediary – No Liability

WildConfession.com operates strictly as an intermediary under Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.
We do not create, modify, select, or monitor content before publication. Content is published automatically upon submission.
Accordingly, the Platform and its owners/operators bear no liability whatsoever for user content. The submitter is solely liable. We comply with all safe harbor requirements and will remove content only upon valid legal complaint.

6. Intellectual Property

You grant the Platform an irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, host, and distribute your submitted content. You retain ownership but waive any moral rights or claims against the Platform.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms, or legal requirement.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages, direct or indirect, arising from use of the site, including emotional distress from content.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Exclusive jurisdiction: courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
